YOUR 5 STEP RECOVERY PLAN

1. mope
go ahead,put on comfy sweats,then make this promise to yourself:

"i'm going to give myself five days to watch crappy movies,eat icecream,and feel heartbroken"

Then i'm going to start feeling better." Telling yourself you'll get through this gives you,not him,control of your feelings.

2. IGNORE HIM
talking to him might seem helpful ( i just want to hear his voice!), but it only reopens the wound. So delete his number,unfriend him on facebook/friendster/or multiply, and take the hallway route that doesn't pass his locker. (You can try to befriends later,after you've move on.)

3. Clean Up
Get rid of anything that reminds you of him. If you can't bear to trash it for good,give it to a friend,so you don't have to see it on daily basis. (She can give it back when you both agree you're over him.) If you have stuff which he needs back,ask her to return it for you.

4. Stay Busy
Pinpoint the times you miss him the most (do you still listen for that last text before you fall asleep?) and fill them with something else: Reread twilight,listen to paramore,whatever. if you keep yourself distracted,the sadness will eventually fade on it's own.

5. Flirt
While you don't want to jump into anything while you're still getting over your ex,flirting with new guys is a great way to keep your mind off your heartache. Start by asking a cute guy friend to take you to dinner. Even a non-date will remind you there are good guys out there!

jexi and virai went to our house. sinundo lang nila ko kxe pupunta kme ng school para ano...para ano nga ba? well para TUMAMBAY,KUMAEN, at MAGCHISMISAN. haha. okay,IT'S NOT PALA! para lang makausap ko SYA. they have plan pla for me.tss..pero atleast nag-usap na kame,and it's OKAY na.okay na nga ba?yah.OKAY NA :) haha. omg! hindi ko macontrol yung bibig ko! kung anong iniicp ko yun din yung lalabas sa bibig ko.wahh! but it's okay.atleast alam nia kung anong iniicp ng magulo kong UTAK! waii,habang kausap ko xia,i remember the past,kaia biglang tumutulo yung luha ko. T__T tss..pero di nmn nia nakita yun ee. aun,habang kinakausap nia ko,kinukurot nia yung tiyan ko.haha! pero pinipigilan ko yung sarili ko na ma-fall na nmn.and i was able to control it.wooh! but i think,badtrip xia and i dunno why.bxta nagpaiwan na lang ako kung saan kame nag usap kxe i still don't want to go yet..kxe ba nmn my eyes ee.NAMUMULA! xP sinabe ko sa knia na namimiss ko xia! omg! tama ba na sinabe ko yun!? guys,HELP ME! hindi ko na alam yung mga pinaggagagawa ko habang kasama ko xia,at hindi ko na din maalala kung anung mga sinabe ko.wahh! baxta nasabihan ko xia ng *LECHE* and i dont know kung bakit. and..TRIP NAMING MANTRIP! haha.

una..pag mai dumaan na tao,pupunta ko sa likod nia,then clang will appear..kunyare magha-Hi xia..tas ako pla kauxap nia..aakalain ngayon nga tao na xia yung kinakausap.haha!
second..maglalakad kame then pag mai nakasalubong kme titili si clang then i will shout.. *TAKBO!* wahaha! were goin' crazy na ata.haha!
third..pag mai naglalakad,kunyare kukunin ni clang yung piso dun sa way na lalakadan ng tao and say *aun* haha!
fourth..mangangalabit ng tao,then say *ui,kuya/ate...ai! kla ko ikaw c ano..haha*
fifth..mangutang sa isang mama o ale ng 6 pesos..kunyare wlang pamasahe. xD

okay..napakabaliw ng araw na 'to.haha! ANG XAIA :)) soo,i need to take rest na muna..BYE GUYS! loveyah all.mwahhhh :-*
